  • Yes, we service all makes and models of sewing machines and overlockers. We work with a highly reputable technician, and all assessments come with a free quote — we’ll give you a full breakdown of what’s needed and the cost before you decide.

  • Yes, we are an authorised dealer of Janome and Singer sewing machines and overlockers. We also stock a range of fully serviced, reconditioned machines, each backed by a 6-month warranty. Orders for new machines usually arrive within 3–4 business days.

  • Absolutely. We offer one-on-one tuition using your own machine. Plus, with every new machine purchase, you’ll receive a free 1-hour lesson as part of our after-sales support.

  • We carry a wide range of Gutermann sewing threads, overlocking threads, and parts and attachments for most major machine brands. If we don’t have a part in stock, we’re happy to order it in for you.

  • You can find us at 8A Howard Avenue, Dee Why, just off Pittwater Road — street-level in the first block of shops.
    Our hours are:

    • Mon, Tue, Wed & Fri: 9:30am – 5:00pm

    • Thursday: 9:30am – 6:00pm

    • Saturday: 9:30am – 1:00pm

    • Closed Sundays
